That entry names the administrator as Gotech Entertainment, main brand Filbet, root word Fil, and sub-brands FilGame, FilPlay and FilSlots, with filbet.com listed as the main domain alongside additional addresses such as www.filbet.com and www.filbet.com.ph. The entry covers only the addresses it names, and nowhere else.

The second source is the operator’s own lobby at filbet.com, also read on 22 September 2026. That page shows an auth control reading “Register / Login,” a bottom navigation of Game, Promos, Filcoin and My, and a footer stating that Filbet is a registered trademark owned by Gotech Entertainment and regulated by PAGCOR. Those are the operator’s own words about itself, quoted rather than assumed here.
